Breast Augmentation – General Information
Breast augmentation is increasingly common with this type of cosmetic surgery as one of the fastest growing types of cosmetic surgery. There are two reasons why women want to undergo this procedure. In 80% of cases it is for cosmetic reasons, 20% for the reconstruction of the breast after surgery.
There are three questions you need to ask yourself whether you plan on going through a breast enlargement procedure.
Why do you want implants?
What do you expect to get breast implant surgery?
Are you ready for the long-term follow-up and possibly future operations and the costs that will arise in this, it should be required?
You have to remember that breast augmentation surgery is a major invasive surgical procedures, performed under general anesthesia is initiated with all the normal risks associated with the target when invasive surgery is performed.
There are two types of implants, natural and synthetic tissue implants, which are both quite different.

There are some women who are generally not accepted for cosmetic breast implants. Those who are under 18, pregnant, those who are breast-feeding, or if you are only partially dealt with cancer or an active infection.
There are some risks for breast enlargement surgery, which should be considered very carefully because there is no medical benefit to having breast augmentation surgery. The only benefit seems to be that women who have breast implants have a greater confidence and self esteem.

There is also a risk of rupture, although this risk is relatively small when improving manufacturing techniques and modern materials. The solution in the implant is not particularly toxic. The silicone gel will remain in its original form, and the salt solution can be safely absorbed into the body.
Breast augmentation is rapidly becoming a common procedure, despite a significant amount of negative publicity about the safety of breast implants.
